  1. 4 6-Ounces Boneless Chicken Breast

  2. 1 Head of Butter Lettuce

  3. 2 Tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter

  4. 4 Tablespoons Walden Farms Asian Dressing

  5. 1/4 Cup 2% Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese

  6. 2 Cups Pace Picante Salsa

  7. 2 Tablespoons of Guacamole

  8. 2 Tablespoons of Onions, Diced

  9. 2 Tablespoons of Pico De Gallo


Preheat BBQ to 400 degrees. Season both sides of the chicken with McCormick's chicken seasoning. Cook chicken until it is 165 degrees. Take the chicken out. Mix powdered peanut butter and Walden Farms Asian dressing in a bowl. There you have your dressing. Use a leaf of butter lettuce for a taco shell. You put chicken, pico de gallo, onion, salsa, guacamole, and peanut dressing. Lastly, cheese it up! Enjoy.
