6.5 Oz 95%-97% Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
1 1/2 Teaspoon Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
2 Tablespoon Water
2 Cup Lettuce, Chopped
1/2 Cup Tomatoes, Chopped
1 Oz or 1/4 Cup 2% Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese or Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoon Hidden Valley Light Ranch Dressing
Any other condiments of choosing
Brown ground beef in turkey in a skillet. Drain the fat and return it to the pan. Stir in the water and taco seasoning mix. Simmer for about five minutes. Serve meat over lettuce and tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and add the salad dressing. Enjoy!
