6 Cups Broccoli Florets
1/4 Cup Yellow Onion, Diced
2 Garlic Gloves, Minced
1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
4 Cups Low-Sodium Vegetable Broth
1 Tablespoon of Water
1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 2/3 Cup Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Add broccoli, onion, and garlic to slow cooker. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, and vegetable broth to slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or high for 2 to 3 minutes.
