Miso Soup

  1. 2 Cups Water

  2. 15 Oz Firm Tofu, Cubed

  3. 1 Cup Finely Shredded Cabbage, Lightly Steamed

  4. 2 Scallions, Trimmed and Sliced, White and Green Parts Separated

  5. 1 Teaspoon White Miso

  6. 1/8 Teaspoon Salt (optional)


Bring water to a boil in a soup pot, and add the tofu, cabbage, white part of the scallions, and salt. Dissolve miso in soup, and turn off the heat as soon as it reaches the boiling point. Garnish with greens of scallions. Enjoy.


Cabbage helps with digestion, weight loss, and acts an anti-inflammatory agent.
