Mini Mac In A Bowl

Ingredients:

  1. 5 Ounces 95-97% Lean Ground Beef

  2. 2 Tablespoons Yellow or White Onions

  3. 2 Tablespoons Wish-Bone Light Thousand Island Dressing

  4. 1/8 Teaspoon White Vinegar

  5. 1/8 Teaspoon Onion Powder

  6. 3 Cups Iceberg Lettuce, Cut Up

  7. 2 Tablespoons Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

  8. 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions

Heat a small, lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Add the beef and cook. Mix together the dressing, vinegar, and onion powder. De-core and cut up the lettuce. Top lettuce with the ground beef and sprinkle with cheese. Top with pickle slices. Drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
