That's right chef-bros, we're doing the tastiest salmon you'll ever have the pleasure of making for your mom's Bible study friends on February 5th. It's foolproof to keep that bachelor pad of yours in top shape while you try to move out of your dad's basement.

We aim to give you the perfect resources for good meals for any evening and that's why we've got this classic recipe that we whipped up for you almost 2 years ago! There are a few things we focus on: It has to be super simple to make, that even a bro could do it! It's got to be something you can balance in a healthy diet, whether you're losing weight or maintaining a healthy one. And last but definitely not least, it's got to be delicious!

Ingredients:

  1. 1-1/2 Pound of Salmon, Skin On

  2. Pam Olive Oil Spray

  3. 2 Tablespoon Lawrys Salt-Free Lemon Pepper Seasoning

  4. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  5. Lemon, Sliced

  6. 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated

  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  8. 1-1/2 Pound Asparagus, Tough Ends Trimmed

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place Salmon in the center of a lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet. Spray the top of salmon lightly with Palm Olive Oil spray. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoon Lawrys salt-free lemon pepper seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and lemon sliced. In a small bowl combine 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Arrange the asparagus around the salmon. Spray asparagus lightly with the Pam Olive Oil spray. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Bake until the salmon is cooked through approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven. Plate salmon and asparagus. Cheese it up!
