Hamburger Cabbage Stir Fry

  1. 16 Oz Raw 95% to 97% Lean Ground Beef

  2. 2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

  3. 2 1/2 Cups Cabbage, Shredded

  4. 1/2 Bell Pepper, Chopped (any color)

  5. 2 Tablespoon Lite Soy Sauce

  6. 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger, Ground

  8. 1/2 Stevia, Packet

  9. 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

  10. 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper


In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil and brown the ground beef. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, stevia, salt and pepper. Then add cabbage and bell pepper. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp about 5 to 7 minutes. Enjoy!


Cabbage is a good source of fiber, potassium, magnesium, and antioxidants.
