Grilled Salmon with Roasted Vegetables

  1. 2 (5 Oz) Salmon Fillets

  2. Mushrooms, Chopped

  3. 2 Zucchini

  4. Salt

  5. Pepper

  6. Lemon

  7. Garlic

  8. Montreal Seasoning

  9. Parmesan Cheese


Please note, that nothing in this recipe will be measured. Everything is to personal taste and preference, which in truth is the fun part of cooking. Have fun! First, cut up the mushrooms, and zucchini. Put all the vegetables together in a bowl. Mix the vegetables together with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon, and garlic. You want the vegetables coated with olive oil, but not too much. Season the Salmon with Montreal seasoning on top only. The salmon will go on the grill at 350 degrees. Once the veggies are mixed in the bowl, we will cook them on a baking sheet at 400 degrees inside the oven for veggies. The salmon and vegetables both should take 20 minutes. If you use a temperature, for the Salmon, you want it to be 125 degrees. Take the food out and on a plate, place 1 salmon fillet on each of the two plates, and some vegetables. Don't forget to cheese it up with Parmesan cheese!
