2 lbs Chicken Breasts, Boneless, and Skinless
2 (4 Oz) Cans Chopped Mild Green Chiles
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
4 Oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Regular Sour Cream
Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Cover the chicken with green chiles, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 1/2 hours. When done, use forks to shred the chicken and mix it with the juices. Stir the cream cheese into the chicken and continue cooking for 30 more minutes on LOW. Then stir in sour cream until combined. Serve immediately.
Green chiles contain Vitamin B, E, and good source of iron. Green chiles do not contain any fat or cholesterol.
