Ingredients:

  1. 8 Oz Raw 95% to 97% Lean Ground Turkey

  2. 2 Tablespoon Reduced Fat Feta Cheese

  3. 2 Tablespoon Red Pepper, Chopped

  4. 1/4 Cup Baby Spinach Leaves, Chopped

  5. 2 Tablespoon Sun Dried Tomatoes (not in oil), Chopped

  6. 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano

  7. 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  8. 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

Place turkey, feta, red pepper, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and seasonings into a mixing bowl. Mix until just combined. Form patties and cook with your preferred method. Make one huge patty or two smaller ones. You can grill (indoor or out), cook in a skillet on the stove, broil, or use an air fryer. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until an internal thermometer has reached 165 degrees. Enjoy.

Tip:

Red pepper is often mislabeled a vegetable but it is actually a fruit. They are a great source of iron, Vitamin A, C, and B6.
