Garlic Butter Baked Salmon With Green Beans

Ingredients:

  1. 3 6 Oz Skinless Salmon Fillets

  2. 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Broth or Chicken Broth

  3. 1 1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice, Or To Taste

  4. 1 Tablespoon Sriracha

  5. 4 Teaspoons Minced Garlic, 4 Cloves

  6. 1 Tablespoon Salt

  7. 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

  8. 3-4 Tablespoons Butter, Diced Into Small Cubes Or Ghee

  9. 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped

  10. 1 Lb (450g) Green Beans, Trimmed

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper. In a small mixing bowl whisk together broth, lemon juice, garlic, and the hot sauce. Season the salmon fillets lightly with salt and pepper. Lay salmon fillets bottom side down in the sheet pan spacing them evenly apart. Brush the salmon fillets with the chicken broth, lemon, and hot sauce mixture. Then, top with the diced butter. Bake the salmon fillets in the preheated oven for 10 to 13 minutes. In the meantime, blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes or more if you like them tender, the drain. Arrange fresh green beans around the roasted salmon fillets and toss them a little into the butter sauce. Return to the oven for 2 or 3 minutes to crisp up. Sprinkle with parsley and serve the garlic butter baked salmon immediately, garnished with lemon slices.


Tip:

Remember, Salmon is a healthy fat. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and is high in B vitamins. This is the dish to go with for a healthy and delicious meal.
