Cumin Bistec Tacos

  1. 2 Pounds Top Round Roast, Chopped Or Minced

  2. 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

  3. 1/2 Tablespoon Cumin

  4. 1/4 Teaspoon Each, Salt & Pepper

  5. 16 Jicama "Tortillas", Large Thinly Sliced Jicama

  6. 8 Radishes, Sliced Thin

  7. 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped


Combine beef with lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Heat a lightly greased, non-stick skillet on high and add beef. Allow beef to brown on one side before stirring, and then saute beef until cooked through. Served beef in Jicama "Tortillas" with sliced radishes and cilantro.


Cumin is a healthy ingredient to add to your food. Cumin helps control your blood sugar and contains antioxidants.
