Chicken Parmesan, Crockpot Style

  1. 32 Oz Raw Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

  2. 2 Cups Crushed Tomatoes

  3. 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning

  4. 1 Teaspoon Basil

  5. 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder

  6. 2 Cloves of Garlic

  7. 2 Tablespoon Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese, Grated


Place chicken in a slow cooker. Combine all the other ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours. Serve with 1/2 cup of sauce.


Garlic is highly nutritious and has very few calories. Garlic can even combat sickness including the common cold. Adding garlic to your diet may be worth trying if you often get colds.
