Chicken Crust Veggie Pizza

  1. 1/2 Pound 90-94% Lean Ground Chicken

  2. 1 Egg

  3. 2 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese

  4. 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning

  5. 1 Cup Baby Spinach

  6. 1 1/2 Cups Tomatoes, Sliced

  7. 1/2 Cup Reduced-Fat Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

  8. 1 Cup of your favorite vegetable topping


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine ground chicken, egg, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in a medium-sized bowl. Form the chicken mixture into a thin, circular crush shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until golden, about twenty minutes. Top chicken crust with toppings in the following order: spinach, sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, and then 1 cup of your favorite vegetable toppings. Bake until cheese is melted, about seven to ten minutes. Cut into 4 equally-sized slices and serve.


Ground chicken is a healthy option for any dishes that contain beef. Chicken taste just as good and is healthy.
