Cauliflower Stuffing

Ingredients:

  1. 3 Tablespoon Butter

  2. 1/2 Cup Green Onion, Chopped

  3. 1/2 Cup Celery, Chopped

  4. 2 1/2 Cups Cauliflower, Chopped

  5. 1 Cup Mushrooms, Chopped

  6. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

  8. 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped

  9. 2 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, Chopped

  10. 1 Tablespoon Fresh Sage, Chopped

  11. 1/2 Cup Vegetable or Chicken Broth

Instructions

Melt butter, add onions, celery, and mushrooms. Cook until tender. Sauté the cauliflower in mixture until tender, adding salt and pepper. Add remaining spices and fold into mixture. Add broth, cover for about 15 minutes and serve. Enjoy.


Tip:

Cauliflower is easy to make. Cauliflower contains fiber which helps with weight loss and digestion.
