Cauliflower Crust Turkey Pepperoni Pizza

  1. 2 Cauliflower Pizza Crust

  2. 1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce

  3. 1/4 Cup Reduced-Fat Mozzarella

  4. 1.5 Ounces Turkey Pepperoni

  5. Mini Red and Yellow Peppers, one each, sliced

  6. 1 Tablespoon Dry Basil to taste


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cook cauliflower crust for twenty minutes, or until a dark brown color. Remove crust from oven and let cool for twenty minutes. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Add Mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni slices, and any other toppings you might enjoy. Cook pizza for ten minutes. Remove pizza and let cool for five to ten minutes. Enjoy!
