Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 Lbs Baby Back Ribs, Excess Fat Trimmed & Removed

  2. 2 Tablespoons Sweet Baby Rays Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce

  3. 2 Lbs Broccoli Florets, Frozen

  4. Salt and Pepper To Taste

  5. Parmesan Cheese To Taste

  6. Montreal Steak Seasoning To Taste

  7. Pam Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

Remove the fat from the back of the rib bone. Season to taste with Montreal Steak Seasoning. When ready to cook, preheat an outdoor grill to high heat, 250°F and cook ribs on the BBQ for about two hours or an internal temperature of 150-160°. Lay frozen florets on a cooking sheet and spray with Palm Olive Oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese to taste. Cook at 400° for twenty minutes or until broccoli is tender and cheese is crispy. To serve, cut the casserole in half and plate.

Tip:

This is not required but if you want to check the temperature of the meat to make sure it is cooked all the way through, we suggest a Thermpro meat thermometer.
