Ingredients:
2 lbs Pork Tenderloin, Minced
2 Tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoon Oil
6 Cups Green Beans, Cut in Half
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
4 Teaspoon Olive Vegetable Pickles
4 Dried Thai Chilies, De-seeded, and Chopped
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix minced pork with Shaoxing wine and soy sauce. Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes. Heat oil in wok or skillet, add minced pork and stir-fry until half-cooked. Add in green beans, garlic, and salt. Stir-fry quickly about 3 minutes until the beans are dried and pork is cooked. Add olive vegetable pickles, mix well.. Add dried chili and quickly stir-fry for another minute. Turn off heat. Transfer the ingredients to a dish and serve.
Tip:
Green beans have a variety of health benefits. Green beans contain a decent amount of calcium and high in Vitamin K.
