Grilled Chicken with Peanut Sauce

  1. 12 Oz Chicken Tenderloins, Grilled

  2. 1/4 Cup Powdered Peanut Butter

  3. 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  4. 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger

  5. 1 Tablespoon Lite Soy Sauce

  6. 1 Packet Stevia or Sweetener of Choice

  7. 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

  8. Additional Water

  9. 2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

  10. Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes, If Desired


Grill your chicken until cooked to your desire. Combine all ingredients, except chicken in a small bowl. Add almost 2 Tablespoons of water but try adding a little at a time to get the desired consistency. Stir until completely blended. Have a bite. Enjoy.
