Ingredients:
12 Oz Chicken Tenderloins, Grilled
1/4 Cup Powdered Peanut Butter
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 Tablespoon Lite Soy Sauce
1 Packet Stevia or Sweetener of Choice
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Additional Water
2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes, If Desired
Instructions
Grill your chicken until cooked to your desire. Combine all ingredients, except chicken in a small bowl. Add almost 2 Tablespoons of water but try adding a little at a time to get the desired consistency. Stir until completely blended. Have a bite. Enjoy.
