Big Mac Salad

  1. 2 1/2 Cup Lettuce, Shredded

  2. 1/4 Cup Tomatoes, Chopped

  3. 4.5 Ounces Lean 95%-97% Ground Beef, Cooked

  4. 1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  5. 2 Dill Pickle Spears, Chopped

  6. 1 Tablespoon Onion, Chopped

  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Seed

  8. 2 Tablespoon Wish-bone Lite Thousand Island Dressing

  9. 1/8 Teaspoon White Wine Vinegar

  10. 1/8 Teaspoon Onion Powder

  11. Sprinkle Stevia (optional)


Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, ground beef, cheese, pickles, and onion in a medium-sized bowl. Top with dressing and sesame seeds. Enjoy!


Beef can be a healthy part of your diet but remember to eat it in moderation. Beef is high in cholesterol and saturated fat, but high in protein and nutrients.
